Kenneth Talbot was born in Yorkshire, England on February 10, 1929 to Frank and Minnie Talbot. He followed the love of his life, Irene, to the United States in 1952 where they married and started a wonderful new life together. They had 3 children (Linda, Corrine and Michael) and shared countless memories during their 67 years together.
Kenneth was a skilled tool and die maker after completing a 7-year apprenticeship in England. He then served in the British Army as a Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineer (REME). He had a real gift and was passionate about his work.
Kenneth’s other hobbies/passions evolved over the years, beginning with motorcycles and ending with boating, which was something he and Irene began as an activity that the family could enjoy together.
Kenneth passed peacefully from this earth on June 6, 2020. He was a wonderful man and an extraordinary husband and father who will be greatly missed by those he leaves behind: His wife, Irene and children, Linda (Larry), Corrine (Bob), and Michael (Christine).
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Friday, June 19, 2020, at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rowlett Location.
