Stacy Handel Obituary

Stacy Lynn Handel, age 48 of Rowlett, TX, passed away March 5, 2020. She was born March 8, 1971, in Dallas, TX, to Charles Crenshaw and Cynthia (Fuller) Crenshaw. Stacy was married to her husband, Steve, on October 21, 2011.

Stacy is survived by husband: Steve Handel of Rowlett, TX; daughter: Kirsten Maribelle Myers of Rowlett, TX; stepchildren: Alexandra Handel of Rowlett, TX, and Stephen Handel II of Rowlett, TX; mother: Cynthia Ann Carter and husband William of Mineola, TX; brother: Aubrey Don Crenshaw and wife Jennifer of Mineola, TX; sisters: Cindy Michelle McCluskey and husband Heath of Forney, TX, and Latrica Nicole Carter of Mesquite, TX; stepbrothers: John Speer of Waxahachie, TX, and Jason Speer and wife Jenny of Royse City, TX; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her father.

Graveside services will be held at 12:30pm on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at Nevada Cemetery in Nevada, TX. A Celebration of Life will follow at 2:30pm at Occasions at Stone River, 1250 FM 2453, Royse City, TX, 75189. The family will gather with friends at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rowlett Location Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
