Police are searching for two suspects after a robbery at a T-Mobile store in Wylie Monday evening.
Officers responded at approximately 8:07 p.m. to a robbery call at the store, in the 400 block of South Highway 78, where they were told that two armed males had entered the business and demanded a number of iPhones from a safe.
After obtaining the phones, the suspects fled on foot.
An independent security company provided police with the stolen phones’ locations as the search was underway.
Officers located an abandoned vehicle with multiple phones taken from the store.
The Sachse Police Department, Plano Police Department K-9 and a helicopter from the Texas Department of Public Safety continued to search for the suspects but were unable to locate the two.
The suspects are both described as black males between the ages of 18-24, about 150 pounds and between five-foot-six and five-foot-eight.
One suspect was wearing a black hoodie, black- and white-striped pants, white tennis shoes and a bandanna. The other was reported as wearing a black hoodie, black skinny jeans and black-and-white shoes.
