Rockwall, TX – September 3, 2024 – The Rockwall City Council has appointed ten dedicated residents to serve on the City Charter Review Commission. This vital commission will play a crucial role in ensuring that the City’s charter continues to provide effective guidance for Rockwall’s governance, structure, and operations.
The ten individuals that were appointed are: Dale Cherry, Bob Cotti, Bennie Daniels, Derek Deckard, Kevin Fowler, John Hohenshelt, Jim Pruitt, Mike Townsend, Nell Welborn, and Todd White.
