K&S Insurance, a Baldwin Risk Partner, Unifies with Parent Firm’s Brand to Reflect Continued Growth and Expanded Capabilities

ROCKWALL, TX – July 31, 2024 – K&S Insurance (“K&S”), a Baldwin Risk Partner, announced today that it will rebrand to The Baldwin Group.

“The guidance and support we’ve received from The Baldwin Group since our partnership began in 2020 has been invaluable to our team at K&S. By combining our expertise with theirs, we’ll continue to deliver best-in- class solutions and services to our clients, all while expanding our reach beyond our home state of Texas,” said Tony Fierro, Senior Managing Partner of K&S.

Now as The Baldwin Group, K&S will continue to provide innovative solutions, deep expertise, and excellent service to clients while leveraging the full suite of risk management, insurance, employee benefits, and wealth management services from the network of nearly 40 regional brands across the country that will also be transitioning to The Baldwin Group in the coming year.

As part of the rebranding efforts, K&S will migrate its insights, resources, and client portals to the firm’s new website www.baldwin.com.
