Virginia Anne Rollins, age 89 of Rowlett, TX, passed away August 22, 2022. She was born April 26, 1933, in Nashville, TN, to George and Avis (Martin) Parker. Virginia loved her family very much. She was caregiver and comforter and always put her family first. Virginia enjoyed traveling, particularly her family trip to Hawaii and Jamaica, and country music. She was such a joy and a comfort and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Virginia is survived by her children: Wanda Brownmiller and husband Glenn of Rowlett, TX, Kathy Brown and husband Ray of Woodbridge, VA, and David Rollins of Rowlett; grandchildren: William, Jenny, Jonathan, Bryan and Matthew; great-grandchildren: Veronica, Liam, Elizabeth, Camani, Blakely, Sawyer, Reese, and Luke. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Alton Douglas Rollins.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 pm Monday, August 29, 2022, at Rest Haven Funeral Home Rowlett.
