Terry Lynn Gibbs-Carpenter, of Rockwall, TX, passed away August 11, 2022, at the age of 64. Terry was born on October 1, 1957, in Sacramento, CA. Terry was a caring, loving cat mom, and a dedicated friend. Terry’s talents, creativity and passion were endless. You could always depend on her sense of humor regardless of the situation. Terry leaves cherished memories to her family and friends.
