Rosalie Presti, age 83 of Royse City, TX, passed away June 4, 2022. She was born February 15, 1939, in Brooklyn, NY, to Frank and Carmela (Fuccillo) Milone. Rosalie was a devoted homemaker who loved her family dearly and always put their needs first. From 1979 to 2001 she was also executive secretary to the president of Texas A&M University-Commerce and received recognition of her own, but her great pride was in her husband’s accomplishments, her children, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were her life. Rosalie enjoyed quilting, cooking and entertaining. She was loving and faithful and was a mom and grandmother to many. Her sweet presence will be deeply missed.
Rosalie is survived by her sons: Bart Presti and wife Kelly, Douglas Presti and wife Jennifer, Jon Presti and wife Diva; grandchildren: Michael Presti and wife Monique, Nicolas Presti and wife Ginger, Alex Presti, Morgan Presti, Christina Boyett and husband Brennan, Angelica Pakes and husband Ryan, Noel Lopez Presti, Valerie Presti, and Anthony Presti; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters: Agnes Hartmann, Joyce Butler, and Kathy Brock. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Paul Presti.
Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Sacred Heart Mausoleum Chapel, followed by entombment in the Mausoleum. The family will gather with friends at Rest Haven Funeral Home Rowlett Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm.
