Gerald “Gerry” Bryan Garrett, age 85, of Rockwall, Texas, passed peacefully from this life on June 7, 2022. Gerry grew up in Rockwall, Texas, and was a member at the First Baptist Church of Rockwall. He graduated from North Texas State University in Denton with honors, and then went on to serve in the Texas Air National Guard. He also was a 32nd degree Mason, and he retired from the defense industry after 40 years with e-Systems and Raytheon.
Preceded in death by his wife, Gaye, in 1984. He is survived by his sons: Bryan Garrett and wife Shannon, Graham Garrett; and four grandchildren, Allie, Blake, Brookelyn and Peyton.
There will be a private family ceremony.
