Hollis June Pritchett passed away peacefully on May 27, 2022, at her home in Rowlett, TX, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born March 21, 1955, in Texarkana, AR, to Hollis Odie and Elsie Louise (Hoover) Pritchett. Hollis was a resident of Rowlett for 30 years and was a faithful member of Shoreline City Church where she was on the serve team. She was baptized on September 29, 2019, renewing her dedication to the Lord. Hollis enjoyed working in her yard and had quite the green thumb, growing beautiful flowers and trees and often sharing clippings with family and friends. She also enjoyed hiking, bicycling and camping. Hollis worked in the Wafer Fab at Texas Instruments for over 30 years. She touched the lives of many people and will be deeply missed.
Hollis is survived by brothers: James Pritchett and Jerry Pritchett and wife Carolyn; sisters: Gina Murray and husband Joe, Melva McClenny and husband Donnie, and Becky Urias. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents Dora and Francis Hoover, Sister Mary Ruth Caywood, and niece Misty Nicole Sutton.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 am Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Rest Haven Funeral Home Rowlett with her brother Jerry Pritchett officiating.
