Rockwall, TX – May 19, 2024 – The Rockwall City Council is calling on residents with a passion for public service. Each year, Council appoints volunteers to serve on a variety of Boards and Commissions that play a role in preserving local heritage, planning for the future, and enhancing quality of life for residents.
To be eligible, applicants must be residents and registered voters of the City of Rockwall. Once submitted, applications remain on file for two years for future consideration by the City Council.
Openings are available on a wide range of boards, including the Historic Preservation Advisory Board, Parks and Recreation Board, Planning and Zoning Commission, Art Commission, and more.
