Rockwall, TX – May 7, 2025 – The Rockwall Art League (RAL) invites the public to attend its upcoming meeting and demonstration on Saturday, May 24, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at The Center at Rockwall City Place, located at 108 E Washington St, Rockwall, TX.
This month’s featured artist is Amber Goodwin, a multidisciplinary Dallas-based artist known for her dynamic and colorful work in acrylic pouring, texture, and dot art. Her demonstration, titled “Cells, Cycles & Systems – Acrylic Flow Art with Intention,” will walk attendees through her unique process that blends scientific background with expressive artistry.
The event is free and open to the public, offering an engaging opportunity for artists, creatives, and curious community members to gather for fun, fellowship, and refreshments.
Amber Goodwin brings a distinctive perspective to her work, holding a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Fine Art, as well as a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech University. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant culture of her Punjabi heritage and the landscapes of New Mexico, Amber’s art is bold, textured, and deeply intentional. She’s also a passionate educator who finds joy in helping others unlock their own creative potential through both virtual and in-person instruction.
Now meeting on Saturdays, Rockwall Art League encourages both members and non-members to attend this inspiring presentation.
