As a part of the $348 million I-30 corridor expansion project, I-30 will widen and add continuous frontage roads throughout Rockwall County. The other $313 million I-30 corridor expansion project will add new frontage road bridges across Lake Ray Hubbard from Dalrock Road and SH 205.  The work is part of TxDOT’s Texas Clear Lanes effort to relieve congestion in major metropolitan areas.
