Rockwall, TX – December 30, 2024 – A Countywide Call for Prayer will be held on Wednesday, January 1st, 2025 at 11am following the swearing-in of newly elected County officials and deputy sheriffs at the Rockwall County Historic Courthouse in downtown Rockwall.
Local religious officiants will lead attendees in prayer for our national, state and local elected officials.
Societal, cultural and ideological changes in Washington D.C. and across this nation have resulted in great division and distress in America. County residents are invited to join together on January 1st to seek healing and unity for our nation, protection for our elected officials and their appointees and wisdom in their leadership and decisions.
Everyone is invited to attend this call for prayer to embrace the principles that transcend our differences in a common cause that will bind the wounds of our great nation. This Call for Prayer is sponsored by the Republican Party of Rockwall County.
