Rockwall, TX-Aug. 28, 2024 – The Royse City ISD Education Foundation’s mission is to generate and distribute resources to the Royse City Independent School District to enrich teaching, inspire learning and advance innovative and creative programs to cultivate a passion for learning. The Rockwall County Commissioners Court recognized them for raising over $1.5 million
over 15 years. The funds raised go directly back to innovative classroom grants, special projects and programs, district initiatives, as well as towards teacher and student recognition programs, and administrative expenses.

Royse City American Legion Post 100 was also recognized by the Commissioners Court for organizing a suicide prevention campaign.
