Patricia Lea Fortner, age 68, of Rowlett, TX, passed away September 10, 2022. She was born
May 31, 1954, in Fort Worth, TX, to Evadna Maxine (Beeson) and John Franklin Eshenour. She
was a private and quiet woman who put God first. She loved her family deeply and was very
proud of all of them. She will be greatly missed.
Patricia is survived by her son: Jonathan Fortner and wife Leslie; brother: Michael Eshenour and
wife Mary; sisters: Paulette Huertas and husband Joe, and Sue Hildebrand and husband Ken, and
Kay Cooper; grandchildren: Travis Fortner and wife Cathi, Chase Fortner, and Jennifer Fortner;
great-grandchild: Caison Fortner; and nieces: Sancy Eshenour, Alice Eshenour, and Deidre
Imthurn. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Jennifer Nicole Fortner.
Funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday, September 22, 2022, at Reflections at Rest
Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall location. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
A gathering of family and friends will take place one hour prior to the service from 10:00am to
11:00am at The Gathering at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall location.
