Eugene Duaine Norton, Sr. age 86 of Fate, TX, passed away September 3, 2022. He was born November 7, 1935, in Walnut Township, IA, to Rolla Norton and Mildred (Ball) Norton. Eugene proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, and enjoyed a long career as a mechanic. In his spare time he loved dirt track racing.
Eugene is survived by his son: Eugene Norton II. and wife Brandi; and grandchildren: Gavin Norton and Andrew McCullough. He was preceded in death by his parents and five brothers.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday afternoon, September 9, 2022, at The Gathering at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Location from 3:00 to 4:00pm.
