Landon Michael McDearmon, precious son of Rebecca and Joshua McDearmon of Rowlett, went to be with Jesus on June 28, 2022, at the age of 2. He was born December 19, 2019, in Richardson, TX. Landon was a very happy child, with the biggest and brightest personality. His favorite color was green and his favorite saying was “I see you.” Landon enjoyed swimming, being outside, and being a friend to everyone he met. He liked to watch Blippi, Paw Patrol, and Steve & Maggie. Landon’s love and laughter was contagious, as he lit up every room he walked into. During his short life on earth he touched many lives and was deeply loved by his family and friends.
Landon is survived by his loving parents: Joshua and Rebecca McDearmon; sister: Mary Jane McDearmon; grandparents: Mary Jackson, Jerry McDearmon, and Robert King; Godparents: Thomas and Rebecca King; and many extended family. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Carroll Ahearn-King and they are together again, forever in Heaven.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, July 3, 2022, at Rest Haven Funeral Home Rowlett. The family will gather at the funeral home with friends on Saturday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
