Louise Correne O’Riley, age 78 of Rowlett, TX, passed away April 7, 2022. She was born October 20, 1943, in Orange, TX, to Bascom Cheney and Correne (Cheney) Chadwick. Louise was one of twelve children and grew up at Buckner Children’s Home in Dallas, TX. She was married on June 22, 1963, to Jimmie Joe O’Riley and they shared 58 wonderful years. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. Louise enjoyed fishing and was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Her hobbies included flower gardening and macramé. Her sweet spirit and joyful attitude will be deeply missed by her love ones.

Louise is survived by her husband Jimmie O’Riley; their two daughters Cheryl and her husband Ken Johnson; Mary and her husband Danny Glover. She had six grandchildren (Stephan and Corey Bell; Christopher, Elijah, Joshuah and Kaison Glover) and seven great-grandchildren (Rebecca, Colton, Jaxon, Noah and Ayden Bell; Madilynne and Miranda Glover). She is also survived by her youngest sister Lynda Toungate and brother William Roger Cheney. Louise was preceeded in death by her parents Bascom S. Cheney and Correne (Cheney) Chadwick, her oldest sister Betty Hetrick and brothers Earnest Eugene, Harold, Thomas, James, Alan and Stewart Cheney.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Rest Haven Funeral Home Rowlett. Inurnment at a later date will be in Williams Cemetery, Hillister, TX.
