Richard Glynn Fleming, 65, passed away on October 21, 2021. He was born September 10, 1956, to Lathaniel Fleming and Matilda (Smith) Fleming in Lake Village, AR.
Glynn was a longtime resident of the Dallas area. From a very young age, he started playing guitar and eventually was so musically inclined he could play any instrument he picked up. He also wrote and recorded music for many friends and local artists, and played guitar for famous musicians including Gary Stewart, Leann Rimes, and Ray Price. Glynn taking his daughters to Disney World is a cherished memory. More than anything, he had a deep love for his family.
Glynn is survived by daughters: Lacey Lister and husband Mark of Rockwall, TX, Morgan Corbin and husband Colby of Fate, TX, Brooke Fleming and husband Jeremy Lebeau; granddaughter: Lexie Lister; granddaughter on the way: Vallie; sister: Beverly Bray and husband Marshall; niece: Jessica Justice; nephew: Russell Bray; and friends: Steve and Debbie Thompson and Curtis Randall. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at Reflections at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Location.
