Sean Michael Duncan, age 49, of Rockwall, TX, passed away on October 15, 2021, after a 3 month battle with Covid. He was born February 4, 1972, in West Covina, CA, to Douglas Edward Duncan and Colleen De (Evans) Duncan. Sean was proud to serve his country in the United States Marines. He had a good heart and his friends were considered family. Sean enjoyed cooking, welding, football, and playing golf. He also had a love for and showed competitively Lionhead rabbits with his wife and daughters. Sean will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Sean is survived by his loving wife of ten years: Kasie Duncan; daughters: Kelsey Sampson and Evynn Duncan; mother: Colleen Doughtery and Step Father Robert; mother-in-law: Sandi Sampson; father-in-law: David Sampson, Sr. l; brothers: Erick and Scott Duncan; step-sister: Traci Griggs; sisters-in-law: Connie Duncan, and Krista Thomas-Duncan; brothers-in-law: David Sampson, and Lance Sampson; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father: Douglas Duncan; and his grandparents.
Funeral services will be held 10:00am Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Reflections at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Location. Interment will follow in Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 1:00pm. A gathering of family and friends will take place prior to the service from 6:00 to 8:00pm on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at The Gathering at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Location.
