Margaret Jean Stefe, age 83, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2021, at her home in Rockwall, TX, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born January 21, 1938, in Cleveland, OH, to Milan (Emil) Vidic Jr. and Agnes (Laktasic) Vidic Hesseman. Margaret was a parishioner at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Wylie and Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Rockwall. She enjoyed watching EWTN when she could no longer attend church. Margaret was a member of Al Hambra DarAl Ruse #209 and wife of a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus #799 in Dallas. She was a very special woman. She loved her family very much and will be dearly missed.
Margaret is survived by daughter: Jacqueline Stefe; nieces: Karen Diffenbacher and husband Steve, Barbara Vidic, and Janice Vidic; nephews: Milan Vidic and wife Theresa, Matthew Vidic and wife Lyne, and Trevor Vidic. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William P. Stefe, daughter Mary Jacqueline Stefe, brothers Edward and Emil Vidic.
Funeral mass will be held 11:00 am Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Sacred Heart Mausoleum Chapel with Fr. Sinu Joseph officiating. A rosary will be lead by Deacon Gregg Hawley at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
