On January 29, 2021, Collin County Sheriff’s Office’s Child Exploitation Unit arrested 58-year-old Rick Scheck on charges of promotion and possession of child pornography.
Undercover officers identified Sheck as using the internet to traffic child pornography.
A search warrant was obtained and executed in the 3100 block of Ridge Hollow Drive in Plano.
The search resulted in the discovery of electronic devices which contained photos and videos of child pornography.
Scheck is currently being held at the Collin County Detention Center on $100,000 bond.
