Joseph Richards, 88, of Rockwall, Texas, passed away August 18, 2020. Joseph was born to Carl and Mae Bonsera on January 2, 1932, in Queens, New York.
Joseph was a man with many hobbies, including golf, bowling, playing cards and dancing. He loved dancing with his wife, Monique. Joseph was loved by all who knew him, and never knew a stranger.
Surviving are his wife of 18 years: Monique Francine Alexander; children: Mae Barbara Maddran and husband Don, Tobi-Sue Bergun and husband Larry, Michelle Richards, Cindy McMann and husband Kevin, and Danielle Alexander Peache and husband Steve; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his cousin Mickey Bonsera.
A celebration of Joseph’s life will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 27, 2020, at Reflections Chapel, Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rockwall Location.
