Dwight Emmanuel Johnson

Dwight Emmanuel Johnson, age 93, and long-time resident of Wylie, TX, passed away on August 2, 2020. He was born December 10, 1926, in Hutto, TX, to Edmond Emmanuel Johnson and Hedda (Swinson) Johnson. Dwight served his country in the United States Air Force during WW II. Before his retirement, Dwight was a long time dentist in Garland, TX with his cherished wife as his assistant.

Dwight is survived by his daughter: Leann Johnson; son: Barry Johnson and wife Diane; grandchildren: Annalee, Jaelyn, and Tysen Johnson. He was preceded in death by his wife: Melba Lee (Hampton) Johnson; his sister: Lois Andrews; and his parents.

Dwight’s kind and sweet heart will be missed by all.

Private graveside services will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
