Louise Libbie Witt Obituary

Louise, World’s Greatest Mother, Grand Mother, and Great Grand Mother Louise Witt died suddenly of natural causes on March 26, 2020. Born Louise Libbie Zaidle Dec 6, 1927, in Ennis, TX.

After moving to Dallas, she began a 40 yr career with Sears. Louise married Steve Witt on Oct 29, 1954, and they celebrated 60 yrs of marriage shortly before he passed away in 2014. Her most satisfying career started when she retired and became forever known as “Nanny” to grandchildren Sadie, Wade & Whitney. From then on, all dinners, holidays and get to togethers took place at Nanny and Granddad’s house. Later years were enjoyed socializing with friends, family and going to the casino. Extremely healthy and happy until the end, a testament to a positive mental attitude. TRULY A LIFE WELL LIVED!

Survivors include son & daughter in law Paul and Cindy Witt. Grandchildren Sadie Smith, Wade Witt & Whitney Witt. Great-grandchildren Addison & Remi. Numerous relatives and friends. Private burial with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later unknown date.
