Rockwall PD requesting assistance identifying theft suspect

The Rockwall Police Department needs your help identifying a theft suspect. On Friday, February 14th a white female with short hair wearing a headband and western boots with blue jeans tucked into them was caught on camera stealing a package from a residence on Black Oak Lane in Rockwall.

Rockwall County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of suspects in this case.
