Thomaskutty Changankerry Obituary

Thomaskutty Chacko Changankerry, age 63 of Rowlett, TX, passed away December 31, 2019. He was born November 16, 1956, in India to Abraham and Rossamma Chacko. Thomaskutty was a faithful member of St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Catholic Church in Garland and devoted head of his family.

Thomaskutty is survived by his wife: Jessy Thomas of Rowlett, TX; children: TijoThomas and wife Tessy, Tony Thomas and wife Rose Jaison, and Tobin Thomas all of Rowlett, TX; brothers: Josekutty Thoppil of Murphy, TX, and Kuriakose Chacko of Garland, TX; sisters: Annamma Mukkadan of India, and Sister Eva of Germany; grandchildren: Evan Jacob Thomas, Samuel Thomas, and Serena Mary Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings: Baby Vettukad, Georgekutty Thoppil, Jameskutty Chacko, Lelamma Lukose, and Lusamma Chacko.

Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am Friday, January 3, 2020, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 4922 Rosehill, Garland TX 75043. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Rowlett. There will be a gathering of family and friends at St. Thomas Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
