Richard Michael Norman, age 72 of Rowlett, TX, passed away January 10, 2020. He was born August 12, 1947, in Torrance, CA, to Theodore Norman and Ruth (Betz) Norman. Richard was married to his wife, Linda, on September 27, 1979 in Dallas, TX. He worked in the body shop at Ray Huffines Chevrolet in Plano for 30 years. Richard enjoyed being outdoors, playing golf and working in the yard, had great compassion for animals and he fiercly loved his family.
Richard is survived by his wife: Linda Norman of Rowlett, TX; children: Candace Norman of Leonard, TX, Ryan Norman of Plano, TX, Brie Glasse of Plano, TX, and Brandy Markey of McKinney, TX; sister: Doris Harold of Fairfax, VA; and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers and 1 sister.
A Celebration of Life Service will be scheduled at a later date.
