Angel Baker Obituary

Angel Baker, age 74 of Garland, TX, passed away January 20, 2020. She was born September 24, 1945, in Queens, NY, to Warren and Katherine Schwalb. Angel worked as a real estate agent in the Garland and Rowlett area for 38 years and was recognized as the FSBO Queen of Dallas. She was well known for her flashiness and her car The Zimmer. She attended Lakeview Christian Church.

Angel is survived by her husband: Dale Halbert of Garland, TX; daughter: JoAnne Kitsz of Corsicana, TX; granddaughters: Dawn Schell and husband Jason of Corsicana, TX, and Melinda Kitsz of Branson, MO; stepdaughter: Heather Young and husband Danny of Rockwall, TX; stepson: Christopher Halbert; great-grandchildren: Mason Kitsz, Aiden and Heidi Schell.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at Lakeview Christian Church with Pastor David White officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery in Bradford, TX. The family will gather with friends Monday from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rowlett Location.
