Site plan for Golden Chick to be presented at Rockwall P&Z meeting January 28

The proposed Golden Chick will be located at the former site of Grandy’s, located at 726 Interstate 30 in Rockwall.

If the Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval, the plan will then appear in front of the city council for final approval.

We will follow this story closely and will have more information when it becomes available.

The Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Tuesday, January 28 at 6p.m. at Rockwall City Hall.
