Fifth-grade students from Cullins-Lake Pointe ES recently returned from Camp Grady Spruce, where they experienced many activities and made many life-long memories.
The students enjoyed a variety of team building activities. They learned how to communicate, trust each other and work together to solve problems. They also learned how to be good stewards to the Earth by learning how to recycle, reduce food waste and how energy moves through ecosystems.
Other activities included hayrides, Gaga Ball tournaments, star gazing, night hikes and snacking on s’mores around a campfire.
