Health Science Students Visit UT Southwestern for Hands-on Learning

Dr. Gene Burton College & Career Academy Health Science Clinical students recently went to UT Southwestern for a hands-on experience with hospital psychiatrist and labs.

They visited with a staff psychiatrist about mental illness and learned how to suture.  In addition, the students spent some time physically handling organs in the willed body lab.
