Jones Elementary students recently celebrated dot day in spectacular fashion.
International Dot Day celebrates the idea that one small thing (like a dot) can lead to a breakthrough in imagination, creativity and courage. It is celebrated around the world every September.
Jones ES art teacher, Ms. Mosby, led lessons centered around dots with her different classes. The students made dot creations and turned them into flowers. The dotted trees and flowers now decorate the halls of Jones ES.
