Allen Andrew White, age 69, of Lantana, TX, passed away on September 16, 2019. He was born August 13, 1950, in St. Louis, MO, to Andrew James White and Florence Louise (Crain) White. Allen faithfully attended St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. He enjoyed classic cars, car shows and owned many new cars. He loved visiting Hawaii, Laguna Beach, and Carmel, California. In his free time, he liked to play golf and cheer on the Dallas Cowboys. Allen was his family’s financial guru. He was the patriarch of his beloved family and he adored his grandkids who affectionally called him “Papa Daddy” and “Papa”. He was the nicest guy you’d ever meet and loved helping anyone in need. He will be missed deeply.
Allen is survived by his loving wife of 31 years: Suzanne (Taylor) White; sons: Allen Andrew White, Jr. of Daytona Beach, FL, Robert Allen White of Frisco, TX, daughter: Jennifer Allene Smock and husband Wes of Aurora, CO; one stepson: Paul Starnes and wife Mary of Flower Mound, TX; four grandchildren: Spenser, Tucker, Josh Ryan and Coen; sister: Judy Allen and brother: Mark White of St Louis, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister: Joyce Ackermann, brothers: John White and Bill White; and stepson: Sean Starnes.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
